Yes. We offer a 28-day return window on most items. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

For hygiene reason unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for some items. These include, but are not solely limited to:
- Swimwear, if the hygiene strips or the tags are damaged or removed.
- Hats
- Hosiery
- Underwear
- Jewellery
- Pillows and Duvets
- Cosmetics/fragrances
Delivery
While we don’t offer a standard delivery service, we may be able to post certain items to you. Simply call the store and we’ll be happy to take payment over the phone and arrange postage for a small fee.

Yes, we do. Goulds gift cards can be used across all of our stores, including Goulds Dorchester, Goulds Garden Centre in Weymouth and Fields of Sidmouth in Devon. They can also be used in our cafés, making them a perfect gift for any occasion.
We want our customers to buy from our stores with confidence and we will match the price of any item you find cheaper in any other high street retailer locally.

What do we mean by High street retailer?
What we mean is any retailer that is approved as an official seller by the brand owner and that has a physical store that is based in the UK.
What will we match?
We will match the price of the item plus any delivery charge. The item must be an exact like for like item and must be in stock at the time of the price match.
How Do I Claim a Price Match?
You will need to:
Either – Come into Store with the details of the alternative retailer with the same items at a cheaper price.
